Steph’s rating: 9.5 !!! /10 This is a must see film
It had the right amount of cheese and humour to make it work! Somewhere in between a musical and a classic Walt Disney cartoon this film amuses and delights. The lead actress plays the role so well, you never doubt she is the cartoon heroine and Patrick Dempsey surprises as the divorce lawyer who’s life is thrown out of order when he meets her.
Definitely a standout movie in the Chick Flick, fairy tale genre.
I just got this DVD today and so I’ll probably watch it tonight. I’ll let you know how it goes – but I’m generally a sucker for this kind of movie – plus, I’m a big fan of Amy Adams.
